Reconstruction
Ready to repair and rebuild? Forge can take it from here.
Complete residential and commercial reconstruction after water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage—planned carefully, managed closely, and finished properly.
A dedicated division
Reconstruction isn't an afterthought here. It's half of what we do.
After the water is gone or the smoke has cleared, the property still needs to be put back together. That work—framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, paint, roofing, and finish carpentry—is where many recovery projects stall.
Forge's reconstruction team plans the repairs, coordinates the trades, communicates with you and your adjuster, and sees the project through to a final walkthrough.
Already had mitigation done?
We welcome projects started by another provider.
If a different company handled water extraction, drying, or remediation, you don't need to start over. We'll review what's been done and pick up from there.
- 1 Share any drying logs, photos, or scope from the mitigation company.
- 2 We visit the property and confirm conditions before planning repairs.
- 3 You receive a written reconstruction scope and estimate.
- 4 We coordinate with your adjuster as needed and schedule the work.
